This beautiful home with private pool and panoramic views of Osprey Point golf course’s No 12 fairway and green is situated in a quiet neighborhood behind Kiawah’s second security gate.

When you pull into the driveway of this home, you will feel like you are in the English countryside with perfectly manicured landscaping and lawns! A bike path at end of the street provides a quick bike access to the beach!.

Exceptional outdoor living spaces include a heated saline pool with fountain jets, an extensive pool deck, and an arched loggia providing plenty of shade while dining or having morning coffee. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day (4 day minimum).

Inside the home has several living spaces so friends and family will have ample room to spread out! The spacious kitchen is open to the main living room and is the focal point of the home. There is a lovely master suite on the first floor overlooking the pool courtyard with large, jetted soaking tub and steam shower. There is also a queen bedroom with private bath on the first floor.

The second floor has three more bedrooms and a den area that's perfect for kids and teens to hang out. This house certainly has something for everyone!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the rental agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, we will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

    We had a wonderful time in kiawah for the week of July 4th! The home was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. We had age range of 9 years old to 79 years old. We were in a great spot with a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. I would definitely return.

    We've been biking past this home for years and always wondered what it was like inside. We were not disappointed! The home is as beautiful inside as it appears outside, with an incredibly relaxing atmosphere, beautiful landscaping and pool overlooking Osprey Point #12. We spent most mornings going for a bike ride to the beach (a short distance away) followed by coffee on the back patio. Incredible! The home features ensured everyone was very comfortable, and gathering in the Kitchen and family room areas couldn't be better. We love to cook so the Viking Stove was a real treat (we used the griddle top to make incredible Pecan Pancakes for the family one morning!). The Master bedroom suite is just amazing - the Singh Family has decorated their home superbly and we can't thank them enough for welcoming visitors. I'm hard-pressed to think of any feature we'd change in the home and definitely plan to return.
