This is a wonderful spot to get away from it all! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the thoughtfully decorated non-smoking home features amazing river views. Tucked away behind the second gate, in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation area of Kiawah, this contemporary home is surrounded by lots of greenery year round.

Home includes three bedrooms and three baths, modern, upgraded kitchen with all the best appliances and plenty of space for meal prep! The living and dining rooms take full advantage of the marsh views and a den area with a full bathroom attached has a pull out sofa for extra guests.

The spectacular views continue to the second floor master bedroom which features an enormous en suite master bath with a charming claw-foot tub and large shower. A guest room with bed also has incredible views and access to a porch with inviting rocking chairs. A light filled guest room with two twins, a full bath, and laundry room complete the second floor. This home is perfect for a family getaway, girls weekend, guys' golf trip, or a lovely romantic spot!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Pets are not permitted.

    This house was well furnished and maintained. Great view! TV in every room. The owners obviously have lived here and they are kind enough to leave many of their nice things for your use. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need and nice quality things. The beds are very comfortable. The rental company was very easy and pleasant to deal with.
