The charm of this coastal retreat begins in the home’s two-story entry. Masterfully placed windows welcome abundant natural light across the polished hardwood floors of the gracious foyer and introduce the voluminous aesthetic found throughout the residence.

A thoughtfully conceived open floor plan combines living and dining areas for a great room that is open to the kitchen. Large windows frame gorgeous fairway views and two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a spacious deck. A beautifully designed screened porch borders the rear of the home, fostering inspired outdoor entertainment alongside the golf course.

The home has plenty of space for a family to spread out in. Hang out on the newly added deck area to enjoy the sunshine or have your meals outside in the covered, screened porch eating area. The spacious kitchen area makes cooking meals a breeze, while the living room and a family room upstairs provide places to unwind after a long day on the courts, course, or beach! The family room has a daybed with a trundle for additional guests.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

    We had a wonderful stay at the island and house. We had two families share the house with a total of 9 people. The house set up well for the kids, they had their own TV room and area to hang out while the parents enjoyed the screened in porch and downstairs area. The kitchen was well stocked for grilling and cooking. Hillary Harling was a delight to work with and if we return to the island next year we will definitely be returning to this house. Thanks.

    Love this house!! Perfect for our families--4 adults & 6 children ages 2-13. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the den upstairs for the kids to hang out and watch movies. Kitchen was well stocked--we did not want for anything. Comfy furniture with the exception of the "queen" bed in the downstairs guest room (seemed like this was a double bed on a queen frame). Screened porch was our favorite place to hang out, had coffee every morning overlooking the golf course. Downstairs fridge was key for storing extra drinks & made loading the cooler for the beach very easy. The property manager was very conscientious and responded quickly to our call & was extremely friendly & efficient. Can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

    We were first time visitors to Kiawah Island and were there for a wedding. Not knowing what to expect, we arrived to find our accommodations to be large, beautiful, well maintained, and in a location that suited our needs perfectly. The home bordered the 16th hole of a golf course (this alone proved to be very entertaining), and was next to a bike path leading directly to the beach. The plant life was absolutely spectacular, and the beach was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. The expanse was immense, and the sand well packed enough to both bike and run on. In arranging for our accommodations, we dealt directly with Hillary Harling and she was an absolute treat to work with. Not only is she very professional in the way she handled our reservations, questions, and added requests, but she is fun and has a great sense of humor. All of this made the process very enjoyable. I can say without any reservations that we will return to Kiawah Island again and again, and when we do, will make our arrangements through Hillary and ESPM Rentals. Thanks again for a memorable visit.
