Oceanfront Mariners Watch 3 bedroom villa w/ direct beach access. Gorgeous, updated three bedroom villa is one of the cypress and cedar-shingled Mariner’s Watch Villas reminiscent of turn-of-the-century seaside cottages. Offering the closest villa location to the beach and ocean and featuring a private staircase leading from the rear deck directly onto the boardwalk.

This first floor oceanfront villa features a spacious, open floor plan with breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen, living area, and the master suite. The natural light-filled Great Room showcases white, beamed ceilings, sprawling ocean views, beachy décor, and access to the rear deck through a series of wall-to-wall glass doors. The deck hosts a cafe-style table arrangement--perfect for dining al fresco—

The fully appointed, sizable kitchen features everything a chef would need; glass-top range, freestanding icemaker, built-in oven and microwave, ample counter space and a breakfast bar perfect for grabbing a bite before heading out to the water. There is a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Best of all, the kitchen is open to the Great Room, so the chef won't ever miss a part of the fun or conversation.

The master suite features a king bed, large closets, and attached bath with dual-sink vanity and privacy room for the walk-in shower and toilet. The second guest room boasts two bunk bed sets and attached bath with a tub/shower combo. The third guest room has a queen bed with attached bath with a tub/shower combo.

Not pictured is a utility room housing High Efficiency, front loading, full-sized washer & dryer; and a full size sink.

A tank-less water heating system (Rinnai) provides continuous hot water throughout the villa; regardless the number of users.

The home features free WiFi network access and cable TVs are located in the living area and all three bedrooms.

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.

    The location was lovely. House was very nice. One bathroom needs attention and I told the rental agent. It was a bit disappointing to have available things like saran wrap, or aluminum foil. For short stays, the investment in stapes only to be thrown out is a lot. I also think more suitable chairs for the deck for sitting out of the sun. Did contact the property manager about some things and they were very helpful. We would return. Enjoyed Nacho Mama's one night on John's Island and then another one next door. Both excellent. The Atlantic Room was our splurge.

    Our 2nd time staying here at this condo. Hurricane Irma had wiped out the dunes along with many of the stairways leading down to the beach from the boardwalk the week before. We had to walk a little more than usual to find intact stairs, but the beach was in pretty good shape. The condo has been remodeled since our last year’s stay, and we loved the new flooring and kitchen/dining room layout. There’s even an ice machine and two pull-out kitchen trash cans.
    However, Master bedroom mattress is way too high off of floor (I had to get a running start to jump up into it), and it was much too soft for our backs. We were hurting after the first night and took turns sleeping on the living room sofa. With the placement of the new furniture, you might want to get a larger screen TV. We also must have caught 12 large palmetto bugs throughout the place during our week’s stay, and one was in our bed. I’ve heard that these insects are quite common in SC and come in easily through open doors, but Yuck!
    Overall, it’s a nice condo - fresh and light, clean and calming, with the beach right outside. We had a great time and appreciate management letting us know the condition of the island following the aftermath of the storm.

    Beautifully decorated, great location- loved being right on the beach and near the Sanctuary. We've spent many years renting in Kiawah, and this was one of our favorite rentals. In the past, we have typically rented through the resort (to have access to pools and the workout facility), but this rental company made check in/check out much easier than we've experienced with the resort. Would definitely come back!

    We had another wonderful stay at this property. The renovation is really quite lovely-new kitchen, new furnishings, new flooring! The wonderful covered porch makes it possible to enjoy the beach, rain or shine. We love to be on the beach, so the close access is a must for us.     This is a great place right on the oceanfront with easy beach access. Owners have made some updates and understand that more updates are to come this fall. ESPM does a great job and was very responsive to all of our needs.
